We put on a lot of love and care into every product that is crafted for you. We assure you that lot of care goes into every product that is shipped by us. Before shipping, all products are carefully checked and finally packed and dispatched from our own warehouse. As our products are handmade, there are chances of natural irregularities which should not be taken as a product flaw. These irregularities are natural in the case of handmade products and this is what makes the product unique.
In an unlikely scenario, if a product received has a manufacturing defect or a wrong order has been delivered we would be happy to offer you exchange or store credit. Please note that as a policy, we do not offer refunds.
» INITIATING RETURN/EXCHANGE
★ To initiate return/exchange, drop in an email to email@example.com within 36 hrs of receipt of your order, stating clearly:
- Order Number
- Product name
- Reason for the return/exchange
- Image of the product if the return/exchange is due to any defect
- Contact number
★ Please allow us 1-2 working days to look into your request.
★ After your return request is approved, an email confirmation along with shipping guidelines will be sent to you.
★ While returning the product please ensure that the product should be in the original conditions. Only the products which are unused, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging will be qualified for exchange.
★ All returns are valid for 1-2 calendar days from the time of receipt of the shipment.
★ All returns/exchanges initiated due to any reason other than wrong/damaged products or a size issue will have to be returned and shipped by you. Eka Dwi will not bear the return charges.
★ Products that are customised or bought in the sale will also not be exchanged unless it is damaged or a wrong product has been delivered.
★ We offer exchanges due to incorrect size (We request you to kindly go through the size chart before placing the order). You can drop a mail with the subject 'EXCHANGE - name - order number'. Please mention your name and contact info on the return package too. Once approved, we shall arrange a reverse pickup.

★ We at Eka Dwi want you to have a smooth shopping experience. As soon as the order is placed, a confirmation email is sent. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 3-4 working days unless specified otherwise (due to the nature of a product). However, we always strive to dispatch the order at the earliest.
★ Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a notifying email containing the tracking details of the said order. In case of an unexpected delay (due to weather or festive season), the same will be notified to you.
★ Shipping is free for prepaid orders, anywhere in India.
★ Any order is shipped between 36-48 business hours after placing the order. The package once dispatched takes 2-7 working days to reach metro cities and the rest of India/World 4-10 working days.
