Shipping policy

» We at Eka Dwi want you to have a smooth shopping experience. As soon as the order is placed, a confirmation email is sent. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 5-8 working days unless specified otherwise (due to the nature of a product). However, we always strive to dispatch the order at the earliest.

» Shipping Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking details of the said order. In case of an unexpected delay, the same will be notified to you. Shipping is free for prepaid orders, anywhere in India. Any order is shipped between 24-48 business hours after placing the order. The package once dispatched takes 2-7 working days to reach metro cities and the rest of India 4-10 working days.

» Cash on Delivery COD is available only on selected pin codes. Additional processing charges of INR 500 are applicable on all COD orders.

NOTE: The delivery charges need to be paid even if an individual is unwilling to accept the shipment by our delivery partner. Also, the consignee will have to bear additional charges for re-sending the package to our warehouse and the same will be collected by our delivery partner
